Poly Wrapping - Belca BE-85

The BE-85 poly wrapper specially designed for poly-bagging magazines, newspapers, documents, brochures, mailing jobs, etc.
As an option the BE-85 can work in shrink wrapping mode to shrink wrap different products such as books, DVDs, CDs, magazines, etc. Its versatility has made the BE-85 the ideal polywrapper for contract packers, printers and the direct mail industry.

STANDARD EQUIPMENT BE-85

Swinging reel holder for ease of film reel changeover.
Longitudinal sealing by means of a removable nychrome sealing wire.
Cross sealing bar covered with a Teflon sheet.
Possibility to adjust the centre of the sealing according to the product height.
Cross sealing temperature controlled by a precision electronic thermo controller.
Print registration system.
Machine direction: from right to left.

OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT BE-85

Ionising system for shrink wrapping with Polyolefin (PO) and Polyethylene (PE) films.
Glue dispenser kit for PVC sealing.
Page opener and inserting system for inserts/sheets/documents.
Extended in-feed for fitting extra feeders.
Digital product counter.
Friction, Rotary and Shuttle Feeders.
