SPEED AND VERSATILITY

The Kalmar MailPro range of swing arm mail-inserting machinery is a highly productive machine of which requires the minimum amount of maintenance. This range of inserters can handle both administrative mail, (billing, personalised letters etc.) and direct mail (adverts, books, promotional materials, CDs etc.) with the greatest degree of accuracy and security.

Kalmar offer the latest in servo drive technology with both the C5 and C4 versions. This provides multi-feed from all stations as well as offering an even smoother and more consistent level of production.

It’s flexible design means that you can configure the system to suit your specific needs ranging from handling 2 inserts to a 16-station tandem machine. Additionally the optical reading facility, (BCR, OMR, ICR etc.), will enable you to handle different quantities of enclosing material.
