	With our Rebuild Programme, rather than offer a straightforward refurbishment service, Promail carries out a full rebuild on leading mail inserting and finishing equipment such as Buhrs, Bell & Howell, Kalmar, GUK, Streamfeeder and Mercure. View our Rebuild Videos.

Our rebuild activity is extremely extensive and complex. Our engineers start by stripping the entire machine down to the chassis. Each and every worn part is replaced on the machine with new original components. The chassis is then repainted and the covers are all powder-coated. Every machine has a new wiring loom fitted to accommodate the installation of a LCD Control Panel with a touch screen and a PLC controller. The main motor and the vacuum pump are also replaced.
