Belca BE-85 Polywrapper (2 of 2)

Here the Belca BE-85 polywrapper is linked to a Kalmar C4 Giant inserter with reverse insert chain drive. Both machines can be used separately or as in this case, linked together. The Kalmar becomes the insert feeder and detection system for the Belca, allowing up to 9 extra inserts, including a book, to be fed onto the Belca insert track for polywrapping. This is possible due to systems developed by Promail to link the machines and allow them to synchronise.
