KC4 Giant Inserter (1 of 1)

Here a Kalmar C4 Giant inserter with reverse insert chain drive is linked to a Belca BE-85 polywrapper. Both machines can be used separately or as in this case, linked together. The Kalmar becomes the insert feeder and detection system for the Belca, allowing up to 9 extra inserts, including a book, to be fed onto the Belca insert track for polywrapping. This is possible due to systems developed by Promail to link the machines and allow them to synchronise.
