Here the Kalmar KC45 Unimailer has a high-speed cut-sheet feeder attached. This feeder enables groups of documents to be accumulated and folded before being placed into the KC45 insert track. By utilising a camera or scanner, the channel also allows for insert station unique selection, as well as accumulation. The channel eliminates the need for two separate operations.
